The Green Jobs Academy is a collaborative workforce development initiative between IJB University and Rowan University, designed to prepare individuals for meaningful careers in the green economy, including carpentry, electrical work, and solar energy.
This 12-week, in-person training program equips participants with hands-on experience,
OSHA certification, and the essential skills needed to thrive in the growing fields of sustainable construction and energy.
